Dave Dandel, Senior Vice President

Dave Dandel joined Evergreen Pacific Partners in 2010 as a Senior Vice President. Prior to Evergreen, Mr. Dandel was the Managing Director of D.A. Davidson’s Seattle office where he advised on public and private sale, acquisition and recapitalization transactions for companies in a number of industry sectors including, business services, consumer, distribution, infrastructure services (engineering, construction, maintenance), manufacturing, and software. Before joining Davidson, Mr. Dandel was Vice President M&A for US Bancorp Piper Jaffray in their Seattle and Los Angeles offices.  Prior to Piper Jaffray, Mr. Dandel was a Vice President with Key Bank’s Investment Banking Group where he executed M&A transactions as well as a range of public and private equity and debt financings.  

Mr. Dandel’s focus at Evergreen will be to work with outstanding businesses in the Pacific Northwest, the Rocky Mountains, and Canada to originate and execute transactions that provide liquidity for business owners or capital for business growth.

Mr. Dandel holds a BA from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.  In 2006, Mr. Dandel was named as one of the Top 40 investment bankers nationally under 40 by Investment Dealers’ Digest Magazine.
