Michael Nibarger, Co-founder and Managing Partner

As a co-founder of Evergreen Pacific Partners. Mr. Nibarger serves on the Board of Directors of all Evergreen Pacific Partners’ portfolio companies, including Western Broadband, Gene Juarez, Nuprecon, Haney Transportation and Logistics and Good Source. Mr. Nibarger has 14 years of private equity experience. He has extensive investment experience in the manufacturing, packaging, and broadcast sectors, having served on the boards of several privately held companies in these industries. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Vice President at General Electric Capital Corporation. Mr. Nibarger worked in GE Capital's Chicago corporate finance practice. He founded GE Capital's Seattle corporate finance practice with responsibility for equity sponsor group relationships in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. While at GE Capital, Mr. Nibarger originated, structured, underwrote, syndicated, and closed senior debt, subordinated debt, preferred equity, and common equity investments and financings. His transaction experience includes: leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth, working capital, asset based and debtor-in-possession financings. Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Nibarger worked in corporate finance at the First National Bank of Chicago.

Mr. Nibarger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University with honors.
