Timothy D. Bernardez, Co-founder and Managing Partner

As co-founder of Evergreen Pacific Partners, Mr. Bernardez serves on the Board of Directors of all Evergreen Pacific Partners’ portfolio companies, including Western Broadband, Gene Juarez, Nuprecon, Haney Transportation and Logistics and Good Source. Mr. Bernardez has 14 years of private equity experience. Prior to founding EPP, he also served as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of a mid-size packaging company. Previously, he held the position of Director of Corporate Strategic Planning at Weyerhaeuser. Mr. Bernardez also worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton as a Management Consultant to large energy, chemical, and pharmaceutical companies developing growth strategies. Prior to business school, he worked in operations at Monsanto Company's manufacturing facility in Pensacola, Florida.

Mr. Bernardez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in engineering sciences from Dartmouth College, Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, and a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
