Ty Schultz, Senior Vice President

Mr. Schultz focuses on portfolio company operations and performance. Before joining Evergreen Pacific Partners, Mr. Schultz was an Executive-in-Residence for a Southern California growth equity investment fund where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of a mid-sized consumer electronics company. Prior to this, Mr. Schultz worked as an Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company where he consulted to Fortune 100 companies across a variety of industries, including, aerospace, software, hospitality and finance. Prior to business school Mr. Schultz was President of a mid-sized agricultural business, and was co-founder of a mid-market mezzanine investment fund.

Mr. Schultz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pomona College and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
